Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Any merchandise you order that is misprinted, damaged, or otherwise defective must be submitted within 4 weeks after you received it. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report to our fulfillment partner.

Keep in mind, we’re a nonprofit, and want to reduce unnecessary expenses so our profits can support efforts to fight age discrimination. To that end, we do not accept exchanges for different sizes.
